What is love?

I used to think that being in love meant holding hands each time you left the house to show everyone else you’re a couple.
Saying “I love you” at least 10 times a day.
Cuddling until you fall asleep.

This might have been the case in the beginning of the relationship, but being more than two years away from that, we got to know each other on a different level.

We do hold hands sometimes when we’re walking on the street. But that usually gets interrupted when I nervously reach for my pockets thinking I might have lost my phone.
The “I love you’s” are usually with a smile or just a lovingly look towards each other.
And we certainly are not cuddly sleepers. His body is producing more heat than I can handle.

It didn’t become less meaningful, if anything, the love grew even bigger.
Love should never be measured.

In fact, it should have that “Awwwww” factor.

Don’t tell me you did you go “Awww” πŸ˜‰
