Why do we sometimes eat more than necessary?
For sure not because of our body functions as one of a Camel!
Most of our over-consumption is related to stress.
I have noticed it myself.
A couple of years back I felt very happy. The job was good. I made new friends. I looked forward going to the gym. I was addicted to fruit and vegetables.
I felt good and frankly, I looked good 😉
The past few years were quite the opposite.
You’d wonder how much stress and bad emotions your body and mind can handle.
I found comfort in food, unhealthy food.
Luckily, there have been some nice, wonderful even, moments too, who did limit the damage 😉
But today I lost 10 kg. Just in one day.
It was 10 kg of stress.
I sent my resignation letter.
With the knowledge that within a few weeks I never, ever, have to meet the people who made me cry nearly every day.
With the knowledge that I’m moving onto something much, MUCH, better. 🙂
